This doll is a collectible, anthropomorphic Victorian-style piece designed by Wayne Kleski for Katherine's Collection. It is part of a line of unique, handmade cat dolls that feature detailed clothing and hand-painted faces. These vintage cat dolls were discontinued and are no longer currently being made by this company.
This fancy girl has a beautiful look to her face, one of the prettier ones I've seen. She is wearing a lovely dress which consists of lavender crushed velvet at the top with puffy sleeves, and her top skirt layer is a cream lace, lined all up the front with multicolored roses.
